Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free worldwide shipping.
When my order will be shipped?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of ordering. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
How long does shipping take?
- Estimated 3-5 weeks delivery time depending on your country. Delivery to the US, Canada, Australia and some parts of Europe and Asia may slightly be faster while delivery to other countries may take a little longer.
- Delivery time does not include order processing time of 3-5 business days.
- You will receive an email with tracking number when your order is shipped.
- Uneventful circumstances such as natural disasters, weather, or custom holdup may occur and may result in a delay in the shipping of your order. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee the exact delivery time of your order. Any orders not received within 40 business days automatically qualify for a full-refund!????
- We are based in Singapore, but to support global customer base, all online order will be sent from distribution centre in China, so most package will be be shipped by various shipping courier and your national shipping courier (USPS, Australia Post, Canada Post, etc) when arrived at your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
*Sometimes for some location and item we use shipment methods that don't offer tracking numbers.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
Refunds & returns policy
Order Cancellation
If your need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours. Unfortunately once the shipping process has started, we are unable to cancel your order.
Refunds
We offer an absolute satisfaction guarantees that ensure you’ll receive your item on time and as described.
Everyone who shops on quaintstore.com receives these following guarantees:
- Full refund if you do not receive your order.
- Full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (40 business days not including 2-5 business days processing).
- Full refund if the item is defective or not as described.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order do not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order do not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of QuaintStore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- If your card is stolen or used without permission we are not responsible for any purchases and can not issue refunds.
- Change of mind
*You can submit refund requests within 30 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (40 days) has expired. Just send us a message on Contact Us page providing the details with photo and video of the issue and we will refund you the purchase price
*The money will be returned to your original method of payment, within 7 days.
What about customs?
Your country may charge you custom fees for purchase above specific threshold.
The price is lower than I expected, what’s the catch?
There are 2 reasons why we are able to offer low price:
- We do not have an offline store and we operate 100% online; and that’s how we pass on our savings on overheads (e.g. commissions for salespeople, store rental etc) to you in the form of lower prices!
- We work with local vendors across the world and we ship directly from our supplier, most of them are in Asia where it is cheaper to produce item, it will take longer for shipment but in turn you will get much lower price.
Do your products meet the manufacturing standards?
We strive to provide our clients with high quality goods. Thus, we make sure that all our products are safe and meet the necessary requirements.
Can I just go and buy the identical ones offline?
You’re unlikely to find our items with all the variations offline. Moreover, if you manage to find them, the prices will certainly be higher.
What makes you different from other stores?

Will I be charged any shipping, customs or duties fees?
No, the price you see is the price you pay - you won't be charged any extra fees. but depend on where you are residing, your country may charge you customs fee if your items price above specific threshold
When will you ship my order?
If you order an in-stock item, we’ll ship it within 5 working days.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are shipped by ePacket and your national shipping courier (USPS, Australia Post, Canada Post, etc) once it reach your country. Typically delivery takes 10-18 working days after dispatch, but it may take longer due to your location or factors beyond our control.
Do you provide tracking information?
