If your need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours. Unfortunately once the shipping process has started, we are unable to cancel your order.

• Full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (40 business days not including 3-5 business days processing).

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

• Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
• Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
• If your card is stolen or used without permission we are not responsible for any purchases and can not issue refunds.
• Change of mind.
• Buyer’s mistake when ordering (order wrong size, wrong color, wrong item, etc).

Easy Returns

We stand by our products. If you receive wrong item, defective item or the item you received is not as described, you can return it for free for a replacement or refund.  If the return is because of change of mind or you order wrong size or wrong item, you need to pay the restocking fee and shipping fee.
